Return Policy
Please note that all our items are handmade and custom made. We dont have dresses in stock.
Due to this we dont accept returns.
If you are not sure what kind of silhouette will suits to your body, please go to your local bridal shop and try first.
Please, be sure that this is the perfect dress for you or the lace fabric you want to use.
Return Policy:
Lace Fabrics: Once the fabrics are cut for you they can not be returned.

We accept cancelation of the order within 48 ours after you place your order.

Producing time
Producing time of a dress starts when the payment is clear.
It usually takes 3 months, but if we have a lot of orders may take more.

Lace fabrics are ready to ship within 14 working days.

Delivery time
Delivery for wedding dresses is via EMS 10-12 days.
Delivery for lace fabrics may be with EMS or National Post Service- 30 days.
